These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Veronicaa's Cleaning website (veronicaascleaning.com) and our cleaning services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Veronicaa's Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Arizona's East Valley. The scope of each job is what is listed in your quote. Additional requests made on-site are quoted separately before any additional work begins.
Prices are generated based on the information you provide (such as home size, service type, and add-ons). Your quote reflects the services selected at the time of booking. Certain conditions discovered on-site may affect pricing, and any change will be communicated to you before work continues.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept major cards and other supported payment methods through our secure payment processor, and additional methods as noted at checkout or completion.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made later than that may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Discounted recurring rates require a minimum commitment as described at the time of booking. If a recurring plan is cancelled before the minimum is met, the difference between the discounted rate and our standard rate for completed cleanings may become due. You may cancel after meeting the minimum commitment with appropriate notice.
If something was missed during your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge, subject to our normal scope of work.
You are responsible for providing safe access to your home. We reserve the right to decline or stop service in environments that are unsafe for our team. Excessive or hazardous conditions may incur additional charges, quoted before work continues.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronicaa's Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
